Stationery maker Monami released “FX ZETA C3,” a three-colored ball-point pen of the steady-selling “FX ZETA” series, on the 22nd.

A must-have item for students, FX ZETA C3 is a three-colored, oil-based, multi-purpose ball-point pen that provides soft writing feel and comfortable grip. Three of the most practical ink colors―“black,” “blue,” and “red”―are embedded in a single product, which enables convenient usage. The product consists of two types of ball-point thicknesses―0.5mm and 0.7mm―and it has also applied diverse body colors to suit the characteristics of each thickness type.

0.5mm ball-point pens employ bright pastel-toned colors such as “Pure Violet,” “Dusty Green,” and “Cream Beige” that reflect the tastes of young consumers who prefer thinner writing feel, whereas 0.7mm pens―which have a richer, thicker writing feel―employ deep, sophisticated colors such as “Dark Violet,” “Deep Green,” and “Khaki Brown.” Thus, FX ZETA C3 is available in a total of six different colors.

This product provides proper axial thickness and optimal grip that enable comfortable writing and also applies rubber grip with an enhanced pattern distinguished from past FX ZETA models. In addition, the gap between the ink chamber and the tip has been minimized to present a stable, shakeless writing feel, and the silicone piece inserted enables less noise and softer clicks; thus making it useful in quiet places such as libraries.

As a product launched by Monami in 2010 after three years of research, FX ZETA has been enjoying consistent popularity as a must-have item for students who prepare for various examinations. Monami released the “FX ZETA Assorted Colors Pack” with ten colors in April, reflecting the needs of its customers.

FX ZETA C3 will be presold beginning the 22^nd on “Monami Mall,” the official online shopping mall of Monami, offline “Monami Stores,” and online stores officially certified by Monami and will be available for purchase on major online and offline sales channels starting the 3rd of next month. Each FX ZETA C3 will cost 4,000 KRW.
