Monami Opens New Monami Store at Starfield Suwon

- New store planned under the theme of “153 MANSION,” a house of personal taste and lifestyle; official opening on the 26^th

- Product categories expanded from stationery to lifestyle and fashion

Stationery company Monami opens Monami Store Suwon, a composite cultural space providing customers with hands-on experiences of the value of Monami as a lifestyle brand, at Starfield Suwon on the 26^th.

Monami Store Suwon was planned as a “house” conveying individual tastes and lifestyles under the theme of “153 MANSION.” The expansion of product categories from stationery to lifestyle, fashion, etc. is a differentiation point of the Suwon store.

In addition to the premium writing instruments and other stationery products centering on those developed only for the store, various design and lifestyle products including those of Monami Fashion Lab―which introduced the “Monami Look” fashion―will be provided. In addition, through Ink Lab and Note DIY Experience available only at the store, customers can experience customizing products to their tastes.

The store is on the fourth floor of Starfield, which houses fashion and lifestyle concept stores targeting the Generation MZ. In particular, the store’s location at the main entrance of Starfield Library―the most famous space in the complex―ensures that customers can visit it conveniently. As a large percentage of visitors to Starfield are families, the store is expected to serve as a new space of communication where people of all generations share their memories of stationery from childhood.

A number of promotion events will be held in celebration of the opening of Monami Store Suwon. Until the 12^th of the following month, a 60% discount will apply to all items of Monami Fashion Lab (clothing). In addition, Monami products excluding DIY experience products will be offered at 40% discount. For 100 customers making purchases worth KRW 50,000 or more, a coupon for free experience of Ink Lab at the Suwon store will be presented on a first-come first-served basis.

Having been with customers for a very long time, Monami will continue communicating with them by taking on a new, differentiated look in the future,” a Monami official said.

Monami Store Suwon is pre-open for two days on the 24^th and 25^th of this month (Open Hours: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.). It officially opens on the 26^th. The store will be open all year round from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
